Zornitsa Radionova is a graduate of Pancho Vladigerov National Music Academy as a student of Prof. Lili Atanasova. She was awarded Special Prize for Best Performance of Vladigerov’s Third Piano Concerto at the 1995 Pancho Vladigerov Competition in Shumen. Ms. Radionova’s solo repertoire includes works by Chopin, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Ravel, and Vladigerov, among others. She has made numerous solo recordings for the Bulgarian National Radio and National Television, as well as CDs featuring contemporary Bulgarian and German music. As a duo member with Yosif Radionov, she has recorded several CDs with diverse repertoire, and has performed numerous recitals in Bulgaria and in most European countries, as well as in the US, Turkey, Russia, and South Africa. In addition to being an active concert pianist, Ms. Radionova is also a pedagogue at the Pancho Vladigerov National Music Academy. She has repeatedly participated in the Sofia Music Weeks International Festival.
